Large Tube Brazing Workstation
The Radyne Large Tube Brazing Workstation is designed for some of the largest and most demanding brazing applications. The system features a compact heat station mounted to a movable and height-adjustable cart. Our specially designed inductor features quick disconnects for the outside half of the inductor and water lines. This allows for large, complex runs to be brazed with ease. The inductor and heat station can also be rotated 90 degrees for horizontal, vertical, and angled brazing. This system features one of our state-of-the-art TFD Power supplies that’s able to put out the power needed to quickly and cleanly braze tubes up to 8 inches in diameter.
