Radyne Large Caliber Ammunition Annealing Systems are designed for the largest ammunition casings on the market today. These systems can anneal two 30mm-155mm casings at once and are compatible with brass, steel, and most alloys.
These systems can be optioned with gas quench, and our quality assurance system with pyrometer to ensure quality standards are being met. The Radyne team delivers induction heating solutions along with advanced process control systems capable of creating multi-step temperature profiles, maintaining precise control of the heated zone.
