- These standard solid state Flexitune
induction power supplies incorporate advanced IGBT technology with 100%
duty cycle and operate over a frequency range of 20 to 60kHz and will
not fail in either a short circuit or open circuit condition.

40kW and 100kW/135-400 kHz or 35-100kHz Induction Generators

These standard integrated,
compact solid state induction generators are portable, and operate at
efficiencies of up to 90 percent. The 3 kW power supply is air cooled,
the rest are water cooled. Each power source can be programmed for 12
separate heating profiles with each profile containing up to 25 steps.
The duration of each step can be up to 640 seconds. The power source
may be wired to an isolated contact closure to switch the power source
on and off and the output power level may be controlled through an
external isolated 0 – 10 volt signal.
Fox Series Induction Generators
The Fox Series induction
generators are the work horse of the assembly line - portable, compact
and rugged. Simple controls include 0-100 second heat timer, timed or
continuous heat selector, heat start and stop pushbutton, full metering
package and optional remote foot switch.
The Fox 1,
1 kW/450 kHz generator weighs 120 pounds, is air cooled and single
phase, 120 volt.
The Fox 5,
5 kW/450 kHz generator weighs 270 pounds, is single phase, 240 or 480
volt.
Radyne's standard model
EI-30 , 30 kW/450 kHz and the EI-75 ,
75 kW/450 kHz represent state of the art for high frequency tube type
induction generators. A built-in water to water heat exchanger is used
to cool the totally enclosed distilled water system for efficient
cooling of the oscillator tube and generator components. A high
current, low voltage output transformer works with single or multiple
turn induction coils. All units can be integrated with the Radyne ScanMaster , Pop up , and QAS 2000 Quality Assurance systems.
Fox II Series Solid State RF Generators
Compact, light, efficient and all solid state, the
Fox II series comprises induction power supplies that
range from 1 k to 30 kW at frequencies of 50 to 200 kHz.
