Systems for Fiber Optic Manufacturing
Radyne has a variety of systems including power supplies and other equipment for Fiber Optics manufacturing. Fiber Optics are manufactured by heating a susceptor to an elevated temperature and sustaining the temperature of a large diameter bar/rod of Quartz or other similar material used to make the fibers. The heat causes a section to slowly pull down to manufacture the proper diameter fiber required.
