		FlexScan Modular Scanning or Pop Up System Radyne's FlexScan is a low cost, compact, portable and versatile modular induction heating system for use in many induction applications as a single or dual spindle for lift and rotate, vertical scanning for part lengths up to 12"or static heat applications and featuring a stainless steel sink, self lubricating fittings and water cooling system. With instant portability, adapted with wheels, it lends itself to changes in production arrangement and can be used with any type of induction power source.
		Power Integrated Pop Up "PIP" Radyne's Power Integrated Pop-up heat treat center is a self contained system for induction hardening and induction tempering components in a lift/rotate, submerged quench method to meet the specific needs of the heat treater.

		Flexitune Range 20-60 kHz Solid State Induction Generators Radyne's Flexitune versatile and compact FlexituneTM 5 kW, 10kW, 15 kW, and 30 kW IGBT type solid state induction heating systems are a direct replacement for equivalent RF valve oscillators and are suitable for a very large and diverse range of applications. All units incorporate advanced IGBT technology with 100% duty cycle and operate over a frequency range of 20 to 60kHz and will not fail in either a short circuit or open circuit condition.
		VersaPower 135-400kHz and 35-100kHz Solid State Induction Power Sources Radyne's VersaPower solid state induction heating power sources are lightweight, portable, reliable and easily available. These units come in power levels from 3kW up to 320kW and can be the answer to your brazing and drying needs.
		"QAS 2000" Quality Assurance System Radyne's QAS 2000 system enables real time process quality checks and can be incorporated into your existing heating systems in addition to being a valuable partner to Radyne's new integrated induction heating systems. This unit will meet all the requirements as requested and is capable of accommodating up to 16 inputs and of measuring data simultaneously from each of the 16 inputs at a rate of up to 100 samples per second. This equipment will operate with either solid state or radio frequency equipment. Initial part data/signature is "learned" from running the part correctly and then retaining the signature profiles for each of the inputs (power, quench data, etc) being sampled and enabling you to apply a reference code to the part.

		Radyne RF Radio Frequency Induction Generators The RF oscillator type induction power supplies are available as 5kW, 30kW and 75kW, all at 450kHz. In solid state, Radyne can offer a variety 3kW, 5kW, 7.5kW, 12.5kW, 25kW, 40kW and 100kW, at 135-400kHz and 35-100kHz. Also available are 5kW, 7.5kW, 15kW and 30kW at 50-200kHz.
