Radyne Open Sales and Marketing Positions

Description of work duties: 

• As Aftermarket Sales Associate you will prospect for customers, develop and maintain relationships, and work to ensure that our customers are getting best in class value in coils, accessories, rebuilds and upgrades.
• Work with the Aftermarket Sales Manager to develop plans to increase sales in your territory

• BS or equivalent experience required in the fields of communications, marketing, business administration or engineering
• Some experience in sales and marketing
• Must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Must hold and maintain high ethical standards
• Must be a self starter
• Must have a desire to serve and deliver the best to our valued customers
• Experience in induction heating a plus
• Knowledge of metallurgy a plus
• Must be able to convey technical vision clearly and simply to customers and management
• Must be able to travel on a regular basis to visit customers
• Must have good technical writing and oral communication skills
